What our customers say

What customers write about Elbe-Akustik on Google and ProvenExpert.

Our reviews from Google Maps and ProvenExpert will appear here shortly.

Where the reviews come from

We take the stars, number of reviews and texts unchanged from Google Maps and ProvenExpert and update them several times a day. We do not hide any reviews. On the home page we show a selection of four- and five-star reviews; here on this page, all the reviews that Google sends us. We do not check ourselves whether the authors were actually our customers; the rules of Google and ProvenExpert apply to that.

See for yourself: the first appointment is free.

A question about advertising and reviews

If you come to us through one of our ads, or want to see the reviews widget in the bottom-left corner, we ask for your permission first. If you agree, we keep a note of which ad it was in a cookie (ea_attr) for 90 days and load the Google tag from Google Ads. It sets its own cookies (_gcl_…) and tells Google when you book an appointment, send an inquiry or tap one of our phone numbers, so we can see which ads work. Google does not learn your name or contact details, and we do not use it for personalised advertising.

We also then load our partner ProvenExpert GmbH's reviews widget directly from their servers. This can send your IP address to ProvenExpert and let them set a cookie.

If you decline, nothing changes for you except that the reviews widget stays hidden. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
