About This Location
Our location at Hotel Hafen Wedel, Strandbaddamm 3, with a view of the Elbe and right on the Hamburg city border. Since May 2024, ideal for customers from Wedel, Pinneberg, Blankenese and western Hamburg. From Uetersen, Tornesch and Pinneberg you reach us in about 15 minutes. Especially convenient: we are also open on Saturdays, from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. Led by Nicholas Julius, we offer hearing aid fitting and the full service.

At Hotel Hafen Wedel, Strandbaddamm 3, a few minutes from Rissen and Blankenese.
Open on Saturdays Too
If you work during the week, Saturday may suit you better. We are open then as well. On Tuesday, Thursday and Friday we are here from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. Wedel is closed on Monday and Wednesday.
Hearing Test with a Look into the Ear
We offer the hearing test free of charge. It takes about 15 minutes. First we look at the ear canal with the video otoscope, then we measure. We discuss the results with you straight away.
Try Hearing Aids Free of Charge
You take the hearing aids home with you. There you wear them in your daily life, on the banks of the Elbe as well as at a family meal. Only then do you decide. As partners of all health insurance companies, we bill your insurer directly.
Service for Devices Bought Elsewhere
We also clean and repair hearing aids that you did not buy from us. With devices set up elsewhere, a second look at the settings is often worthwhile.
