Our specialist store, with an experienced master hearing care professional as store manager, has served customers from Barmstedt, Rantzau, Alveslohe and the Pinneberg district since June 2025. From Elmshorn and Tornesch you are here in about 15 minutes, from Kellinghusen in about 20. Managing director Jann Clausen and his team offer personal advice and current hearing technology.

Advice from a Master Hearing Care Professional
The shop is run by a master hearing care professional. A hearing consultant works with him. We are open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. We are closed on Wednesdays.
The Hearing Test
You do not need a prescription for the hearing test. It is free and takes about 15 minutes. Before the measurement, we look into your ears with the video otoscope.
Which Style Suits You
Behind the ear or in the ear: we decide that together. It is based on your hearing test and on what you want to hear in daily life. Our range includes devices from Signia, Phonak, Oticon, Bernafon and Starkey. You can try two of them, one after the other, free of charge.
Health Insurance and Your Own Share
We are partners of all health insurance companies and bill the insurer's share directly. What you pay yourself depends on the device class. We discuss this before you decide.
