New store in Itzehoe: Elbe Akustik keeps growing

In short

Since February 2026, Elbe Akustik has also been in Itzehoe, at Kamper Weg 170 in Wellenkamp. Free hearing test, all leading manufacturers, trial wearing and aftercare, as in our other four stores. Open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm, afternoons by appointment.

Why Itzehoe

When Jann Clausen and I founded Elbe Akustik in Glückstadt in 2020, we wanted one thing: hearing care that is close by, in the town where people live, with people you know by name. After Horst, Wedel and Barmstedt, Itzehoe was high on the list for a long time. The district town is the centre of the Steinburg district, and many customers from Itzehoe, Kellinghusen and Hohenlockstedt told us that the trip to Glückstadt or Horst for aftercare every few months is too far. Now it is shorter.

The store on Kamper Weg

• Hearing test room with the same measuring equipment as in the other stores
• Consultation area where you can compare two devices at your leisure
• Workshop for cleaning, filter changes and small repairs on site
• Step-free access and parking right outside the door

The team

The store has its own store manager, who is your first point of contact for the hearing test, consultation and aftercare. Jann Clausen and I are in Itzehoe regularly. If you know us from Glückstadt or Horst, you will find the same way of working here: listen first, then measure, then trial wearing.

Opening hours

We keep the afternoons free for booked appointments so that we can take our time. Call us or book online.
